Are you ready for change?  Fasten your seatbelts, because ready or not, here it comes!! 
We are on the cusp of great change.  Some would say we're right in the middle of it.  The great challenge is to live gracefully in the midst of huge changes in ourselves, and in our world. 

Even dedicated practitioners of yoga may be shaken to the core by all the changes currently being experienced.  However,  yoga is a tradition with deep roots and can still point the way for us.


Open to Change was written to encourage change-challenged, overwhelmed, or change-resistant yoga practitioners to new levels of awareness, competence, and mastery in their practice and their life.

Hi. I'm Fran Brunke, author of Open to Change: The Power of Reflection in Your Yoga Practice. It's been my privilege to have taught yoga to hundreds of students as well as to yoga teachers since 1998.
